How local System-One models compare to TypeSafe's Jev when assisting in the Operating Room

Operating rooms have lots of knobs and levers to turn. Voice assistants are already common in smart homes, but reliable, real-time control is a different challenge in an operating room. I test JevK5-2B, an open-weight 2B model, running locally on my RTX 2080, and compare it with TypeSafe's Jev on a virtual operating room task. Jev is more accurate and faster in my tests, so this JevK5-2B setup doesn't yet look like a practical local alternative.
